About us

Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Because items are 3D printed, small variations in colour, finish and visible layer lines are normal and help make each print unique. Product-specific care and safety information must be followed.

Custom and personalised orders will be made according to the details you approve. Please check names, spelling, colours and other choices carefully before confirming.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total price, including the £3.95 UK delivery charge, is shown before payment. Payment is completed securely through SumUp. Placing an order means you agree to pay the displayed total.

Accepting your order

We will send confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. A contract is formed when we accept and confirm your order. If we cannot accept it because of stock, materials, an obvious pricing error or another genuine problem, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Our Delivery & returns policy explains timings, cancellation rights, return postage and refunds, including the different rules for personalised goods and faulty items.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes and governing law

The terms in force when you order will apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in your home courts.
