Information we collect

• Your name, email address, delivery address and optional phone number.
• Your order, basket, payment status and messages you send us.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, device details and service logs, where processed by our website hosting services.

How and why we use it

We use your details to take steps requested by you and fulfil our contract with you, including processing and delivering orders and handling returns. We also use information where needed for legitimate interests such as customer support, service security and fraud prevention, and to meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use checkout details for unrelated marketing.

Payments and sharing

Payments are handled securely by SumUp. We do not receive or store your full card details. We share only what is necessary with service providers that help us operate, including SumUp, delivery providers and our managed website hosting provider. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We normally keep order and accounting records for up to six years after the relevant financial year. Enquiries and support messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and any related claim. Security logs may be kept for a shorter period by our service providers.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you can — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
